Golden Peers is a peer-to-peer support and community network — not a licensed mental health service, financial advisor, or medical provider.

2. Description of Service

Golden Peers provides a community platform where members can connect, share resources, join support circles, post opportunities, and support one another. The Platform includes features such as the Community Feed, Support Circles, Resource Hub, Opportunities Board, Marketplace, Investment Area, and Helpers Directory.

Golden Peers is a peer-to-peer network. Content shared by members represents their personal experiences and opinions, not professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for medical, legal, financial, or mental health guidance.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Post content that is harmful, abusive, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory
Share false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Impersonate another person or entity
Spam, solicit, or advertise without authorization
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you
Post content that exploits or harms minors

Golden Peers reserves the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Community Standards

Golden Peers is built on the principle that no one should have to struggle alone. We expect all members to treat each other with dignity, compassion, and respect. This is a safe space — harassment, hate speech, and exploitation of vulnerable members will result in immediate removal.

5. Subscription and Payments

Golden Peers offers a free tier and a paid Golden Peers+ subscription at $5.99/month. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Payment processing is handled by Stripe — Golden Peers does not store your payment card information.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post on Golden Peers. By posting, you grant Golden Peers a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party rights.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Golden Peers does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content shared by members. We are not responsible for decisions made based on community content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Peers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
